He Practices What He Preaches
Mr. Lalit Kumar Jain has been in the real estate industry since the age of 17. Now, he is heading the operations of sales, media, and marketing of KUL. Under his leadership, KUL has completed more than 100 projects and 14,000 tenements. This includes residential complexes, IT parks, and retail malls.
The growing numbers of projects stand testimony to KUL’s reputation in the real estate industry. When the hard work of Mr. Lalit Kumar Jain is combined with the efficiency of KUL employees, the result is eco-friendly buildings with amenities for smart living.

Association with CREDAI
Mr. Lalit Kumar Jain has been involved in the operations and activities of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations (CREDAI) since its inception. He has chaired the honored positions of Convener and Vice President, prior to being elected as the President in 2013. Presently, he is significantly contributing to the organization’s activities, and representing national and international forums of real estate developers. Also, he has raised the issues of the developer community relating to transparency in transactions in international forums and received overwhelming response. He has been dedicatedly working to solve these issues, helping small to medium real estate developers substantially. He says’ “We at CREDAI have planned to tackle this problem head-on and ensure customer delight in our transactions. We are also keen to ensure that customer relationship management gets a new meaning in real estate”.
With his company’s motto, ‘We Build Trust’, Mr. Lalit Kumar Jain strives to develop the topography, following green building strategies. He is a man of vision who practices what he preaches.
